Where do I check-in?
The check-in desk is located in the Mile High Grill below the Inn. You will not be able to access the Inn until the check-in process is completed. Once you enter the restaurant let a server know that you are here for check-in and they will direct you.
Sunday and Weekdays check-in is between 3-4 p.m. and check-out is at 11 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays check-ins are from 3-6 p.m. If you are going to be later than the specified time you must notify the Mile High, you can call us at 928 634 5094.
Where do I park?
There is no designated parking for the Inn. Parking is found at street level and in the lower parking lots. If you initially find a spot in one of the lots, you will usually be able to move closer to the Inn after 5pm when parking becomes less challenging in town. Most guests are able to find parking right by the Inn door after 5pm.
Is my card charged before I check-in?
No, we don’t charge your card until you arrive. You may use another card to pay with upon checking in. A card that is used to hold the room will be charged if there is a cancellation within the 14 day period prior to the date of reservation or if there are damages to the room.
Can I pay with cash?
Yes, but you need to have a credit card on file with the Mile High Inn.
Will I.D. be required at check-in?
Yes, a driver’s license, state I.D., military I.D., or passport will be required at check-in.
How do I tell what room is mine, there are no room numbers and only names on the room doors?
The room name is on the key fob, one side has a room number and the other side has a room name.
How do I get ice or extra towels?
Please notify the Mile High Grill staff that you need ice and/or towels and they will assist you. If you are staying multiple nights, please let us know if you want your bed linen changed during your stay. Fresh towels are provided daily.
How do I get assistance if the Mile High Grill is closed?
The property does not have someone on site after hours; if you need assistance please call the numbers located on both the front door and by your light-switch in your room.
Is there T.V. and/or Wi-Fi?
Guests have free access to Wi-Fi. Look for the MILEHIGHGRILL signal and click on it. There is no password required to do this. T.V.s are not provided in any of the rooms.
Which rooms have a shared bath and how many rooms share one bath?
Little Daisy, Pillow Talk, Dance and Romance, and Lariat and Lace have shared baths in the hall. Little Daisy and Pillow Talk share a bath and Dance and Romance shares with Lariat and Lace. Each bath has a shower, sink and toilet and each bath locks for your privacy and security.
We have three rooms; Victorian Rose, Memories of the Heart and Spooks, Ghosts and Goblins with full private baths.
Which rooms have a view?
The rooms situated street side with a view are Victorian Rose, Little Daisy and Memories of the Heart.
